European University's partner, University of Dąbrowa Górnicza, announces a short term 7- day research mobility for the lecturers of European University who currently are PhD students (under the age of 40) in the fields of social sciences (business, law, international relations, psychology). The call is for one position.

The mobility will be conducted under the project PROM – mobility of PhD students and staff during 11-24 August 2019 at the University of Dąbrowa Górnicza (Poland). The summer school will host representatives of the partner universities from the Ukraine, Belarus, Argentina, India, Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Incoming staff will receive a scholarship of approx. 700 EUR for travel expenses and approx. 1100 EUR for food and accommodation for the 7-day stay at the University of Dąbrowa Górnicza. It will be paid as a lump sum, so there is no need for the person to provide any financial documents like invoices, bills and other documents with the Polish University. The amount will be paid in Polish currency on the first day of their arrival at the university. Therefore, the applicants will need to pre-finance the plane ticket to travel to Poland.

The contest will be conducted according to the article 4 of European University Regulation on the Participation in Exchange Programs: the contestant will conduct a lecture in English in his/her subject field.

Assessment criteria:

• Knowledge in the subject field - max. 30 points.
• Teaching skills - max. 30 points.
• Language skills - max. 40 points.

Threshold - 70 points.

• Opening of the contest:  25 July 2019.
• Deadline  of accepting applications: 23.59, 28 July 2019.
• Giving a lecture:  11.00. 29 July 2019.
• Announcement of the results: 30 July 2019.
