A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between European University and the Higher School of Security and Economics (Bulgaria).

The agreement aims at supporting joint research and educational projects and facilitating student as well as academic/administrative staff mobility.

It should be noted that the first steps for putting the agreement into practice have already been taken and a joint proposal to be submitted within the framework of the 2023 Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, has been prepared.

The Higher School of Security and Economics is European University's fourth partner institution in Bulgaria.
