It covers three types of sources: book series, journals, and trade journals. All journals covered in the Scopus database, regardless of who they are published under, are reviewed each year to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Scopus gives four types of quality measures for each title; those are h-index, CiteScore, SJR, and SNIP.
ScienceDirect.com is a website that provides subscription-based access to a large database of scientific and medical research. ScienceDirect is operated by the Anglo-Dutch publisher Elsevier. It was launched in March 1997. It hosts over 12 million pieces of content from 3,500 academic journals and 34,000 e-books.
