European University representatives paid a working visit to the University of Pannonia (Hungary).
On February 27-28, the Head of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Tourism, Maia Azmaiparashvili and the professor of the same program of European University, Eka Devidze paid a working visit to the University of Pannonia (Hungary).
The visit was organized within the framework of the EC-funded EMDM project – Slow Tourism Management, shortly STM. The meeting in Veszprém was attended by all consortium members from Georgia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
The meeting addressed the following issues: prerequisites for admission to the integrated transnational study program, its syllabus, objectives and outcomes, teaching and learning methods, program practical component, assessment rubrics, etc.
Projects financed within the framework of the EMDM are mainly aimed at capacity building in terms of the modernization of the university curricula and teaching practices, as well as internationalization and pooling of resources.
It should be noted that the next working meeting of the representatives of the STM project consortium will be held on May 18-19, 2023 and it will be hosted by European University.
