The 4th International Scientific Conference - "Current Economic and Social Problems in Modern Conditions of Globalization"

On 29-30th of June, the 4th International Scientific Conference - "Current Economic and Social Problems in Modern Conditions of Globalization" was held at Hotel Courtyard Marriott. 

The conference was organized by the Research Institute of Economic and Social Problems of Globalization,  the Faculty of Business and Technology of the European University and the magazine "Globalization and Business".
Together with the Georgian scientists, foreign representatives from countries such as Latvia, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Poland, Israel and Turkey participated in the conference.

Professors: Moshe Barak (Benghuran University, Israel), Gocha Tutberidze, Givi Bedianashvili, Tornike Khoshtaria (European University, Georgia), Giorgi Ghaghanidze (Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia), Ioseb Archvadze (Kutaisi University, Georgia), Mikheil Tokmazishvili (Tbilisi Open University, Georgia), Inta Ostrowska and Dimitri Olekhnovichi (Daugavplisi Universtity, Latvia), Fidimi Diary and Sadri Oligi (South-East European University, North Macedonia), Mohamed Osekin (University of Yarcaq, Turkey), Vida Tahercade (International Black Sea University, Georgia), Aleksandra Kachmaretsi (Defense Academy, Poland) etc.

35 participants made a presentation about the results of their own researches.

The conference covered a wide range of topics, namely, the peculiarities of modern challenges of globalization, the problems existing in the fields of complex socio-economic development,  education, science, innovative processes, macroeconomics and finance, business and tourism of the EU and other countries as well as Georgia and its regions.
