From December 2-6, the Faculty of Medicine at European University hosted an International Week.

As part of this event, representatives from partner universities in the United Kingdom,  Spain, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Bulgaria visited European University. The distinguished guests included: Professors Dragomira Nikolova, Olga Antonova, Lubomir Traikov, and Boris Mladenov from the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria; Assistant Professor Abanoub Yousry Naguib Sherif Riad, from Masaryk University, Czech Republic, and lecturer at European University; Dr. Mihai Sava, Associate Professor at European University and the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania; Steven Capey Professor at Swansea University (United Kingdom); and Professor Victor Manuel Vazquez Arce, Full Professor in the Department of Physiology at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

The invited professors conducted lectures and seminars for students of the English-language Medical Doctor program at European University. These sessions offered students the opportunity to explore diverse clinical cases, engage in stimulating discussions, and participate in clinical and practical activities.

European University remains dedicated to fostering international collaborations to enhance education and share expertise. Plans are in place to organize similar initiatives in the future.
