Professor Vakhtang Khelashvili has been appointed head of the "European University" cardiology department.

Vakhtang Khelashvili is an affiliated Professor of the “European University” and Head of the Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Invasive Cardiology at Jo Ann University Hospital. 

Trained in Interventional Cardiology, in Richmon, Virginia in 1996. Furthermore, he completed courses in pediatric interventional cardiology in Oakland, California, in 1999, as well as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2003.
