Head of the International Relations Program of European University paid an academic visit to the West University of Timisoara in Romania

From May 16th to May 20th, the Head of the International Relations Program of European University, Assistant Professor Tatia Dolidze, paid an academic visit to the West University of Timisoara in Romania.

Assist. Prof. Tatia Dolidze delivered lectures on the topics of the South Caucasus regional affairs, EU policy towards South Caucasus and Eastern Partnership in general. The ongoing war in Ukraine was also discussed.

It should be noted that some of the students attending Tatia Dolidze’s lectures expressed their desire to undertake international mobility at European University and applied for this opportunity.

Within the scope of the visit, Tatia Dolidze established professional contacts with the Head of the international relations program of the West University of Timisoara, Assistant Professor Mihai Murariu and the lecturer of the same program, Assistant Professor Vlad Botgros.

Upon Tatia Dolidze’s return to Georgia, colleagues planned and successfully implemented joint public webinars of European University and Western University of Timisoara, which aroused great interest among the Georgian and Romanian students.
