Professor from Tallinn University of Technology Delivered a Lecture at European University

On June 2, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Academic Staff Mobility Program, European University hosted Associate Professor Tarmo Kadak from Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia).

As part of the visit, a lecture titled – “When Performance Management Systems (PMS) are Successful” was delivered to students of the Faculty of Business and Technology.

The lecture addressed the importance, purpose, and role of performance management systems in the effective functioning of modern organizations and in achieving strategic objectives.

The session was held in an interactive format, allowing students to explore international practices in the implementation and successful application of performance management systems.

Such activities implemented within the Erasmus+ Program contribute to strengthening international academic cooperation, sharing knowledge and experience, and supporting students professional development.
