Professor from Sakarya University (Türkiye) Visited European University

On May 28, European University hosted Professor Numan Çelebi from Sakarya University (Türkiye) within the framework of the Erasmus+ Academic Staff Mobility Program.

As part of the mobility program, Professor Çelebi delivered a lecture for students of the Faculty of Business and Technology on the topic – “Optimization with Metaheuristics: Tug of War (TWO) Algorithm and its Application.”

During the lecture, contemporary approaches to optimization and their underlying principles were discussed. Participants received information about the potential applications of the Tug of War (TWO) algorithm in solving various optimization problems, including those related to engineering, technology, and business processes.

Activities implemented within the Erasmus+ Program contribute to strengthening international academic cooperation, promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience, and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning.
