Strategic Development Service

The functions of the Strategic Development Service are:

• Determining the methodology for developing the university's strategy and action plans with the involvement of relevant structural units;
• Coordinating the processes of developing the university's strategy and action plans and ensuring the involvement of relevant structural units and the university community;
• For the university’s sustainable strategic development, systematic search, collection, processing and use of data for further strategic development;
• Quarterly monitoring of the implementation of the action plan;
• Preparing proposals regarding the issues of strategic development of the university and presenting them to the governing board;
• Submitting relevant proposals in order to bring the activities of the structural units of the university into compliance with the strategic and action plan of the university; 
• In close cooperation with the relevant structural units, studying the demand for educational programs in the labor and education market, preparing analytical conclusions based on the results and presenting it to the dean of the relevant faculty;
• Implementation of measures to raise awareness of the mission and development strategy in the university community;
• Exercise other powers based on the specifics of the work, which is in accordance with the goals and objectives of the institution.
