Training Week for Lecturers of the Faculty of Medicine Concludes Successfully
The training week titled “Pre-Clinical Teaching, Assessment and AI in Medical Education,” organized by European University and Central University of Europe, has successfully concluded.
The training was conducted for the academic staff of the Faculty of Medicine and was led by Professor Steven Capey from Swansea University.
During the sessions, the professor shared international experience and practice-oriented approaches to contemporary medical education with the participants.
The program addressed modern methods of pre-clinical teaching, effective student assessment mechanisms, and the role of artificial intelligence in the advancement of medical education.
Particular emphasis was placed on innovative teaching models, the integration of digital technologies into the learning process, strategies supporting the development of clinical reasoning, and contemporary student-centered educational practices.
Participants were given the opportunity to discuss the key challenges of modern medical education, exchange professional experiences, and explore effective approaches to teaching and assessment through practical examples and interactive discussions.
The training week represented an important step toward the professional development of academic staff, the sharing of international experience, and the continuous enhancement of the quality of medical education.
