On May 29, European University hosted Assistant Professor Ömer Faruk Seymen from Sakarya University (Türkiye) within the framework of the Erasmus+ Academic Staff Mobility Program.
As part of the visit, a lecture entitled – “From Data to Retention: Leveraging Data Mining and Customer Analytics for Churn Management” was delivered to students of the Faculty of Business and Technology.
The lecture focused on contemporary data analysis methods and their practical applications in understanding customer behaviour and managing customer retention processes. Participants gained valuable insights into the role of data mining and customer analytics in supporting effective decision-making and enhancing customer loyalty strategies.
Such activities, implemented within the Erasmus+ Program, contribute to strengthening international academic cooperation and fostering the exchange of knowledge and experience.
