The functions of the Human Resources Management Service are:

• Development and implementation of policies related to personnel management;
• Recruitment and hiring of administrative, support, academic, and visiting staff;
• Conducting individual affairs;
• Preparation of regulatory acts related to the selection, management, and evaluation of university personnel;
• Working on professional growth and qualification improvement of the staff;
