Examination Center

The main functions/duties of the examination center are: 

• Ensuring the objectivity, validity, and transparency of the student assessment process through the creation and implementation of a unified, centralized examination system at the university;
• Organizing the examination process completely and consistently, which includes creating examination schedules, preparing examination spaces, and monitoring ongoing exams to ensure they proceed without disruption;
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of examination materials, ensuring the provision by the academic staff relevant examination materials to the Examination Center, and standardizing the examination process format through close collaboration with relevant faculties;
• Overseeing the appeals process after the completion of main examinations, collaborating closely with relevant faculties and coordinating the process to ensure transparency and fairness when students contest their results;
• Monitoring and analyzing the complete examination cycle to improve the examination process, planning and implementing preventive measures, developing appropriate recommendations to refine practices by carrying out relevant activities;
• Creating and periodically updating guideline documents for students, teachers, and relevant university structural units regarding examination procedures and the use of the examination module (platform);
• Maintaining consistent communication with students, teachers, and administration through organizing trainings and workshops to ensure that all interested parties are fully informed about examination processes;
• Supporting the recording and documentation process of examination results, which involves managing official grade reports, monitoring student assessment databases, and facilitating the administration process.
