Competition Announcement: Dental Assistant Internship at “EU-Dent”

European University is pleased to announce a competition for the position of Dental Assistant at the European University Dental Clinic, “EU-Dent.” This opportunity is open to students enrolled in both the English- and Georgian-language Dentistry educational programs.

Following the selection process, 5 students from the Georgian-language program and 5 from the English-language program will be selected to undertake a 6-month internship from June 22 to August 15.

Work Schedule

• Type: Part-time
• Hours: Fixed schedule

Key Responsibilities

The main functions of a dental assistant include:

• Assisting dentists across various specialties during patient treatment
• Organizing and maintaining the dental workspace

Eligibility & Requirements

To participate in the competition, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Enrollment Status: Currently active student in 6th or higher semester of the Dentistry program (English or Georgian stream)

Soft Skills:

• High sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment

The competition consists of two stages:

1. Review of Cover Letters and Resumes
2. Interview
