A lecturer from Balkan International University will deliver a public lecture at European University

On May 20 at 14:00, within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic staff mobility programme, Hatije Muçi Ahmeti, Lecturer at Balkan International University, will deliver a public lecture on the topic – “Work Stress and Psychological Well-being.”

The lecture will address key issues related to work-related stress and well-being in contemporary professional environments. The session will combine theoretical knowledge with practical insights and will provide participants with the opportunity to better analyse both individual and organizational aspects of stress.

Attendance is open to any interested individual.
