Payments must be made in USD, EUR currency.

Learning fees must be paid in full by the due date specified in your admission or registration documents.

Refunds for payments are subject to the university’s refund policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the same Visa or MasterCard used for the original payment.
No refunds will be issued for late payments or failure to adhere to academic requirements.

The university is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your payment information.
All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Your personal and financial information will not be shared with third parties, except as required to process your payment or comply with legal obligations.

Ensure that your Visa or MasterCard details are entered correctly during the transaction process.
The university is not responsible for payments made using incorrect card details or unauthorized transactions.
Students are encouraged to verify their card’s security measures, such as 3D Secure (e.g., Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode).

6. Limitation of Liability

The university is not liable for any losses or delays arising from technical issues, network failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
The university’s liability is limited to the amount of the learning fees paid.
