Participants gained valuable insights into the role of data mining and customer analytics in supporting effective decision-making and enhancing customer loyalty strategies.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Such activities, implemented within the Erasmus+ Program, contribute to strengthening international academic cooperation and fostering the exchange of knowledge and
