data-end=\"384\">On March 26, a public lecture titled <strong data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"351\">\u201cPsychological and Legal Aspects of Juveniles in Conflict with the Law\u201d<\/strong> was held at European University.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"509\">The lecture was delivered by Vladimir Tsitlauri, Doctor of Law, sitting judge, and invited lecturer at European University.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"720\">The speaker provided students and pupils of Public School No. 58 with a detailed overview of the juvenile justice system, its psychological and legal characteristics, key challenges, and preventive mechanisms.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"902\">The event was attended by Eka Kavelidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences at European University, and Tamar Azariashvili, Deputy Dean of the same faculty.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1074\">The lecture was conducted in an interactive format, allowing participants to actively engage in discussions, ask questions of interest, and receive comprehensive answers.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1256\">It is noteworthy that such public lectures contribute to raising awareness among students and pupils, fostering
