On December 11, a public lecture entitled – \u201cAn Anthropological Approach to Archaeological Research in the Context of an Increasingly Multidisciplinary Approach among the Sciences. Results of Research on Contemporary and Prehistoric Pastoral Transhumance in Georgia\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 was held at European University.<\/h5>

The event was organized by the Department of Archaeology and the Acad. Andria Apakidze Institute of Archaeology.<\/p>

The lecture was delivered by ethnoarchaeologist Massimo Mirabella, head of the ethnoarchaeological research project in Georgia (supported and funded by MAECI).<\/p>

The public lecture was attended by architect Luigi Biondo, Director of the Segesta Archaeological Park in Sicily, who presented the Park and its management plan. He further discussed the work carried out over the past three years, mixing together archaeology and contemporary art in the park with a great increasingly number of visitors.<\/p>

The public lecture was conducted in an interactive format, allowing participants to actively engage in the discussion through questions.<\/p>
