Both sides also explored concrete next steps to translate the agreement into practical academic collaboration.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Professor Tira\u2019s visit represents a significant milestone in deepening international academic cooperation. It reflects a shared commitment to fostering educational quality, promoting internationalization, and building sustainable academic partnerships between the two
