On June 10, Vice-President of the European University Tamar Zarginava held a working meeting with the heads of departments of the Faculty of Medicine.<\/p>

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss future plans for the development and support of scientific research activities.<\/p>

Professor Natia Jojua, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Head of the Biochemistry Department at the European University, and also Professor Tinatin Gognadze, Head of the Medical Doctor Program and Head of the Pharmacology Department at the European University addressed the professors, heads of different departments, who are the leading professionals in their fields.<\/p>

At the meeting, Ekaterina Kokhreidze, Assistant of the European University and Researcher at the Research Institute of the Faculty of Medicine, gave the presentation about Horizon Europe’s open and upcoming calls, while Gvantsa Jichoshvili, Head of the Research Support Center, in her speech focused on scientific databases and journal rankings.<\/p>
