Vice-Rector for International Relations and Professor of Education at European University, where he has been a faculty member since 2021.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He holds a PhD in Philology specializing in Anglo-American Linguistics (2010) and earned his master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of London's Institute of Education (now UCL Institute of Education) as a British Government Chevening Scholar (2008).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">His academic career includes participation in the prestigious Fulbright Visiting Scholars Program at the University of Arkansas (2019), where he conducted research on higher education internationalization.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From 2021 to 2024, he served as Head of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Department at Georgia's National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, participating in shaping quality standards across Georgian universities.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With over two decades of teaching experience at universities in Georgia and abroad, he has delivered courses at Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels in linguistics, educational leadership, management, education policy and sociology, and research methods for education.
