Our environment is completely tailored to the needs of the students. Additionally, a work schedule is provided for students of the 60-credit program.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The strengths of this program lie in its relevance to the challenges of the 21st century and industry requirements. The academic staff comprises visiting lecturers and courses led by professional lecturers, researchers from the National Center and the Ministry of Education, subject experts, authors and trainers of the teacher professional standard and the MCC (Millennium Challenge Corporation) project module.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A key component of the program is the mandatory pedagogical practice. Within this framework, students apply their knowledge and skills in specific public or private schools, striving to create a student-oriented learning environment.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The university is keen on employing graduates from this program. Notably, over 80% of our students find employment annually.
