Graduate medical\/dental, teacher training integrated bachelor-master, and veterinary integrated master programs are considered first-level academic higher education programs. Mobility from a vocational education program to a bachelor's program is not allowed.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e75c8ee\" data-id=\"e75c8ee\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-840cc54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_accordion\" data-id=\"840cc54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_accordion.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion wd-style-default wd-border-off wd-titles-left wd-opener-pos-right wd-opener-style-arrow\" data-state=\"all_closed\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title wd-role-btn\" data-accordion-index=\"0\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHow to apply for external mobility?\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"wd-accordion-opener\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-content wd-entry-content\" data-accordion-index=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A student has the right to mobility after completing one year of study at the corresponding level of higher education. The period of study does not include any time during which the student's status was suspended. A student whose status has been suspended, as well as a person whose status has been terminated, can use external mobility within one year after the status has been terminated.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students enrolled at the first level of higher education based on the results of the unified national exams of 2020 and beyond have the right to mobility only to programs that correspond to the mandatory subjects they passed in the unified national exams. This is controlled by the electronic portal during the mobility process.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to obtain the right to mobility, the student must go through the following stages:<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Register<\/strong> on the mobility portal at <a href=\"https:\/\/students.emis.ge\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/students.emis.ge\/<\/a>.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Choose<\/strong> the desired program(s) at European University.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pay<\/strong> the mobility fee (40 GEL) at any Bank of Georgia service center before the registration period expires on the electronic student portal.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Check<\/strong> the mobility results on the personal registration page on the electronic portal.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Apply<\/strong> in writing to European University within the terms set by the rector's order and submit copies of personal files if the electronic portal indicates the right to mobility (positive answer). Students must not be prevented from receiving copies of their personal files.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Review<\/strong> the information about the credits recognized by European University and confirm consent or refusal with a written statement.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A student is considered enrolled through mobility from the day European University issues the enrollment order.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a student decides to refuse enrollment through mobility, they must apply in writing to European University before the mobility enrollment order is issued.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title wd-role-btn\" data-accordion-index=\"1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tList of documents to be submitted\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"wd-accordion-opener\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-content wd-entry-content\" data-accordion-index=\"1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) Application (to be filled out at the university);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Copy of identity card\/passport;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) Copy of the student's study card or its certified extract (certified by a higher educational institution);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d) Copy of the document confirming complete general education (for bachelor's and single-level educational programs) \/ Copy of the document confirming higher education and diploma attachment (for master's programs);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e) Copy of the document confirming military registration (for male citizens of Georgia);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">f) Copy or extract of all legal acts\/documents (enrollment order, suspension of status, reinstatement, etc.) determining the status of a student (certified by a higher educational institution);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">g) Copy of the document recognizing the education received abroad (unified national\/general master's degree) for students enrolled without passing exams;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">h) Copy of the order from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia granting the right to study in accordance with the legislation to students enrolled without passing the unified national\/common master's exams;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For students who wish to enroll based on mobility or who have graduated and obtained the right to study at the university without passing the unified national\/common master's exam, the level of Georgian\/English language competence must be determined to confirm the required language competence for the relevant learning outcomes of the program. This is in accordance with the \"Rule for determining the language competence of a European university student.\" In such cases, a commission will be created by the rector's legal act, and the date of the exam will be determined.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title wd-role-btn\" data-accordion-index=\"2\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tList of documents to be submitted after enrollment\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"wd-accordion-opener\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-content wd-entry-content\" data-accordion-index=\"2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Student study card (original);<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Original or notarized copy of the document confirming complete general education \/ Original or notarized copy of the document confirming higher education and diploma attachment (for master's programs);<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Extract from the order \"On termination of the student status of a person enrolled in another institution\" (from the graduating higher educational institution);<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 photograph (3x4) with a CD.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title wd-role-btn\" data-accordion-index=\"3\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHow to apply for internal mobility?\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"wd-accordion-opener\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-content wd-entry-content\" data-accordion-index=\"3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A student at European University has the right to change their educational program during their study period through internal mobility.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Internal mobility refers to a student's change of educational program within the university. The internal mobility process is conducted twice a year by the university based on the rector's order.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students are eligible to participate in internal mobility after completing one semester of study. Even if a student's status has been suspended at the time of the internal mobility announcement, they still have the right to participate.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Internal mobility is limited to changes within the same level of higher education. Graduate medical, dental, and veterinarian programs are considered compatible with the first level of academic higher education.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students who entered the first level of higher education based on the results of the unified national exams of 2020 and beyond have the right to internal mobility only to programs corresponding to the mandatory subjects they passed in the exams, as controlled by the university.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The university may announce extraordinary internal mobility in case of program refusal, accreditation cancellation, or program cancellation.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applications for internal mobility are accepted within the specified time limits set by the rector's order. A commission established by the rector determines the compatibility of the learning results achieved by the student wishing to transfer to another educational program and decides on the recognition of relevant credits.
