Women’s Empowerment Week at European University
On March 4-5-6, initiated by the Student Self-Government of European University and supported by the Student and Alumni Services Center, Women’s Empowerment Week will be held.
The aim of the project is to raise awareness about women’s rights, health, and well-being. Throughout the week, students will have the opportunity to attend diverse educational, informative, and practical workshops.
Selected activities within the program are open to both Georgian and international students.

March 5
- “Women’s Mental Health and Emotional Regulation Mechanisms” – Fikria Khomasuridze (14:00-15:00, 17 Sarajishvili St., Room #702)
- Self-Defense Art – “Krav Maga” – Besik Kutateladze (16:00-17:00, 17 Sarajishvili St., Room #702) – Open to Georgian and International Students.
March 6
- Sound Therapy and Yoga (15:00-16:00, Fitness Center “Vortex”, 7 A. Gobronidze St.) Limited to the first 30 registered participants. – Open to Georgian and International Students.
- “Women’s Reproductive Health” – Manana Mgaloblishvili (17:00-18:00, 76 D. Guramishvili St., Room #505)
March 7
- Discussion – “Women’s Rights in Georgia and Beyond” – Eka Kavelidze (16:00-17:00, 76 D. Guramishvili St., Room #409) – Open to Georgian and International Students.
- Closing Event – Concert (19:00, 86 D. Guramishvili St.)
