Tamar Ebanoidze successfully graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University in 1987. After finishing the Academy of Doctors Training in 1994, she earned a qualification in dermatology and Venerology. In 2002, she graduated from Viktor Segalen International University in the same field. In 2001 and 2002, she did an internship in the St. Andrews Hospital (Bordeaux, France). In 2006, she defended the thesis on "The Clinical and Immunological Features of Atopic Dermatitis on the Background of Immunosuppressive Therapy with Cyclosporine" and earned a degree of Doctor of Medicine.

Over the years, Tamar Ebanoidze worked at the Children's Republican Hospital, Institute of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases, Tbilisi Dermatology and Venereology Clinical Dispensary, and others. At present, she holds a position of a doctor Dermatovenereologist at the National Research Center of Dermatology and Venerology. She was a researcher in International Dermatology Research organized by Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics Laboratory of France. She is a candidate thesis reviewer, executive of two Doctoral Training Programs, etc.

Since 2005, she has been a member of Georgian Association of Dermatologists and Venereologists, since 2011 - Member of European Dermatology and Venerology Academy, since 2013 - Founder and President of Psychodermatology Association, etc. She is the author and co-author of 25 scientific articles published in medical journals of Georgia and foreign countries. She has participated in a number of local and international conferences, including the Conference of Clermont-Ferrand for doctors and interns of France, the Congress for dermatologists and venereologists (EADV) held in Paris, Tbilisi Dermatology and Venereology Scientific Professional Conference, and others.


Tamar Ebanoidze has carried out educational activities since 1996. Currently, she is conducting the lecture courses at European University, Tbilisi Humanitarian University, Caucasus International University and Tbilisi David Agmashenebeli University.  She is the author / co-author of 25 scientific articles published in journals of Georgian and foreign countries and also a member of the editorial board of Great Family Medical Encyclopedia (author of dermato-venereology part).
