A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between European University and Monroe College (USA).

The agreement aims at supporting joint educational as well as cultural projects and facilitating student mobility.

Founded in 1933, Monroe College is a private college in New York City, which has campuses in the Bronx, New Rochelle, and Saint Lucia, with around twenty degree programs also available through Monroe Online.

It is noteworthy that Monroe College has a long history of proven programs that increase college access and affordability. The college is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and its curricula are registered by the New York State Education Department.
