European University students will undergo an internship in the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain

20 students of the Georgian language Medical Doctor program of the European University will undergo an internship in the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

Students of the Georgian language Medical Doctor program will be fully funded to travel to the University of Santiago de Compostela.

During the internship, students will undertake practical training based on the program specially created for this project - “Simulation Medicine and Scenario-based Learning for Emergency Care”. Within the program students will study:

  • Emergency management in hospital and non-hospital situations;
  • Using various emergency management techniques;
  • Managing emergencies through case-based simulation tasks

This program allows students to develop clinical skills and expand their knowledge.
