European University Joins international Consortium as an ETF Framework Contractor

European University (Tbilisi, Georgia) has been awarded a framework contract by the European Training Foundation (ETF) for its Sustainable Meeting Management Services.

This recognition comes within an international consortium featuring the Centre for Continuous Education (CCE) at Birzeit University in the West Bank, Palestine, and the lead organization, "Steps srl" - a specialist in Strategies and Tools to Enhance People’s Skills, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.

STEPS, a distinguished research center located in Bologna, Italy, is recognized for pioneering Innovative Teaching and Learning Initiatives, along with its contributions to educational research and reevaluation of conventional approaches (For further information, visit their website: www.stepseurope.it).

Roberto Righi, founder of STEPS and leader of the consortium, paid a visit to European University to extend congratulations on the common success and to discuss future collaborative endeavors.

During the visit, Roberto Righi met with key figures involved in the project's preparation and implementation, including Tatia Dolidze, the Vice-Rector for International Affairs, and Gvantsa Jichosvili, the Head of the Research Support Center.

The meeting entailed substantive discussions about the framework contract. Both parties expressed their eagerness and readiness to participate in forthcoming calls, for which the consortium has been shortlisted. This collaboration holds significant promise for the future of educational initiatives and sustainable meeting management services within the ETF's purview.
