The Law Institute of the "European University" organized a series of master classes

The event took place on May 12, 13, and 14, and was attended by students from various Georgian universities enrolled in law programs.

The master classes featured two invited foreign trainers: Judge Mark Spacer from Florida, USA, and lawyer Robert Trechman, also from Florida, USA. The discussions during the event focused on topics such as the peculiarities of searches, the admissibility of confessions provided by the accused during trials, and the restriction of free speech and the right to assemble guaranteed by the constitution. The visiting trainers shared their experiences from the United States on the aforementioned issues with Georgian students.

In response to the listeners' request, the death penalty in the USA was also discussed.

Judge Mark Spacer provided Georgian students with real-world examples of the death penalty based on his own experience.
