On October 14, 15, and 16, a debate on human rights protection issues was held in the space of the "European University" in the format of Karl Raymond Popper's political resolution.

The debate was held with the "European University" Legal Aid Center, and the Civil Society for Youth Support - CANSY, with the support of the European Youth Fund.

At the end of the project, all participants were given a certificate.

The winners and the best speakers were awarded paid prizes set by the partners.

The debate was held within the framework of the "Rights First" (Rights come first) project of the Algeti Youth Center, with the financial support of the European Youth Fund (EYF) of the Council of Europe.
