On July 9, 2021, an international public webinar on "Peace Education" was organized by the International Relations Office of European University. The professors from European University (Georgia), Kutaisi University (Georgia), David Yellin College of Education (Israel) and WSB University of Dąbrowa Górnicza (Poland) participated in the event.

The speakers discussed the significance of peace education in conflict and post-conflict settings. They also talked about such important and actual topics as Civic Education in Georgia; Politics of Education in Turkey; Multicultural Dialogue of Palestinian and Jewish Israeli Students; Multiculturalism, Internationalization, and Peace Education in Higher Education.

It should be noted that on behalf of European University, Nino Kukhianidze, lecturer of the Bachelors Program in International Relations, delivered a speech on the topic of Peace Education: the Experience of Post-WWII Japan and Germany.
