Meeting Held at European University within the Framework of the Project “Development of Veterinary Education Programs”

On September 25, 2025, a working meeting of the project consortium was held at the “European University” within the framework of the project “Development of Veterinary Education Programs,” funded by the Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF).

The goal of the project is to enhance and strengthen the integrated Master’s degree veterinary education programs offered by two Georgian universities – the “European University” and the „Georgian Technical University“. The expected outcome of this process is to prepare a qualified workforce that meets the contemporary demands of the labor market, thereby contributing to the development of the veterinary sector in the country.

During the meeting, the consortium members discussed and evaluated the achievements of the project, including the retraining of professors and teachers, the update of the curriculum, and the purchase of equipment for veterinary clinical laboratories. They also reviewed the activities to be implemented during the third phase of the project’s lifecycle and planned the next steps.
