Fully Funded Erasmus+ Short-Term Mobility Opportunity in Ljubljana, Slovenia

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP), a competition is announced for students of the Faculty of Business and Technologies, as well as the Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences at European University, for the purpose of undertaking a fully funded one-week mobility at the Ljubljana School of Business.

The BIP week aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence in the context of higher education, as well as to strengthen academic collaboration among participants and expand international networks.

Course Title: Innovation, AI, and Global Responsibility in Higher Education

Duration: 5 days (the virtual component will take place in early May 2026 (dates to be confirmed later), while the physical component in Ljubljana will be held from 18–22 May 2026)

  • Faculty of Business and Technologies
  • Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences

Location: B2 Ljubljana School of Business, Ljubljana, Slovenia (physical component)

Number of Available Places: 3

Financial Information

Selected participants will receive an Erasmus+ grant under the following conditions:

  • For accommodation and daily expenses – €79 (per day)
  • For travel funding – €395 (according to the distance calculator)

Eligibility Requirements

  • The candidate must be a student of any program within the Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences, or the Faculty of Business and Technologies, and must hold active student status at European University.
  • The candidate must possess English language proficiency at B2 level (to be verified through English language testing and interview stages).
  • The candidate must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5.
