European University Welcomes International Partners for Third Staff Week

From May 19 to 23, 2025, European University is hosting its Third International Staff Week.

As part of the event, European University welcomed 16 representatives from 11 universities across 8 countries, including Sweden, Germany, Spain, and others.

The event was officially opened by the Vice-Rector for International Relations of European University, Mr. Nikoloz Farjanadze.

Following the welcome speech, the university’s structure, academic programs, and international initiatives were presented to the guests by Ms. Mariam Orjonikidze, Head of the International Relations Office. In the next stage, partner universities delivered their presentations and discussed prospects for future cooperation.

The guests toured the Sarajishvili campus of European University, visited the modern simulation centers, where they had the opportunity to gain practical experience in providing first aid.

They also visited “EU Dent,” the university’s dental clinic, and met with the Deans of the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry—an important opportunity to deepen direct communication and relationships in the field of education.

Throughout the week, a variety of activities are planned, including working meetings, workshops, and social-cultural events.

These initiatives aim to foster stronger international collaboration, promote knowledge exchange, and offer international colleagues deeper insights into Georgian culture.
