European University to Host Public Lecture on Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource Management

On October 21st at 13:00, Sandra Tetere, a representative of Alberta College, will deliver a public lecture at European University on the topic – Future of Work: How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Human Resource Management.

The lecture will examine how technologies are revolutionizing traditional human resource management practices and what skills will be essential for tomorrow’s labor market.

The lecture will cover in detail:

  • The fundamental distinction between artificial intelligence and simple automation
  • How AI and automation are transforming recruitment processes, employee training programs, and engagement strategies
  • The opportunities that technologies present alongside potential risks
  • Essential skills for the future labor market
  • The “Human in the Loop” concept – which ensures that technology enhances rather than replaces human expertise
