Erasmus+ Mobility Competition for Academic and Administrative Staff of “European University” Announced

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program, a call for applications has been announced for the selection of administrative and academic staff of European University.

The selection of staff participating in the international exchange program and administration of the mobility process is carried out according to the “Rules for Participation in the International Mobility Program for Academic and Administrative Staff.” Please familiarize yourself with the document in detail before submitting your application.

To participate in the competition, it is mandatory that the candidate meets the following prerequisites:

  • Hold an academic position (for teaching mobility) and/or have an active employment contract (for professional development mobility) during the competition period and mobility period;
  • Have proficiency in English (and/or other foreign language, considering the working language of mobility) at minimum B2 level according to CEFR;
  • At the time of application, have not completed more than one mobility of the same type in the current academic year.

To participate in the competition, interested candidates must submit their application electronically no later than July 25, 2025, using the following link: https://forms.gle/QZp1y1tKw7K9yVtY9

A candidate can submit an application for a maximum of three universities during one competition period (with priority indication).

The following documents must be presented in the application form: 

a) Copy of passport/identity document;

b) Professional resume (CV) in European University format; 

c) Certificate from European University confirming the fact and duration of employment relationship between the candidate and the university; 

d) Valid international certificate proving proficiency in English (and/or relevant foreign) language (minimum B2 level), if available. For viewing valid certificates within the competition framework, please refer to “Rules for Participation in the International Mobility Program,” Article 3.2; 

e) Mobility agreement signed by the candidate and the dean of the relevant faculty/respective Vice-Rector (template – https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/mobility-and-learning-agreements/mobility-agreements

f) Documentation confirming potential or existing collaboration with the host university, if available, such as: invitation letter, communication about jointly planned project or publication, etc.

Candidates who do not have a valid international certificate proving proficiency in English (and/or relevant foreign) language will take an English test in the second stage of selection.
