At European University, we believe that every member of our community deserves fair and adequate compensation. That’s why we guarantee that all staff and faculty receive at least the local living wage.

The minimum salary of administrative personnel at our university is 1,000 GEL per month after taxes, which exceeds the local poverty line as defined by Georgian national standards. This policy ensures that our employees can cover basic living costs and maintain a decent standard of living.

By prioritizing fair compensation, European University not only supports the well-being of its staff but also strengthens the foundation for a motivated and committed academic community.
