Call for Applications: Fully Funded Participation in Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP), a fully funded call for applications is announced for students of the Bachelor’s programs in Law and International Relations at European University to participate in a one-week autumn school hosted by New University in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The autumn school – “Housing Issues: Perspectives, Challenges and Possible Solutions” – is organized by the New University of Slovenia in partnership with universities from Croatia and Serbia, and aims to promote collaboration among students to address sustainable development challenges.

Within the framework of the program, students from various countries and universities studying law, economics, urban planning, and social sciences will examine the legal, social, and ecological aspects of housing challenges.

The program will be particularly interesting for students interested in social justice, sustainable development, and public policy topics.

Program Overview

Course Title: Housing Issues: Different Perspectives, Challenges and Possible Solutions
Duration: 1 week
Target Audience: Students from undergraduate programs in Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences

Dates:

  • Online meeting (mandatory): September 12, 2025
  • Physical component in Ljubljana: September 15-19, 2025

Location: New University, Ljubljana, Slovenia (physical component)

ECTS Credits: 3 ECTS

Available Places: 5

Financial Support

Selected participants will receive an Erasmus+ grant under the following conditions:

  • For accommodation and daily expenses: €553
  • For travel funding: €360 (according to distance calculator)

Please note that the New University of Slovenia does not provide student dormitory accommodation, therefore, finding and financing accommodation must be arranged by the student using the stipend.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • During the competition period, candidates must be students of Law or International Relations educational programs and must have active student status at the University of Europe
  • Candidates must have English language proficiency at B2 level (to be verified during English-language testing and interview stages)

Interested students must submit an electronic application with the following documents:

  • Resume (CV)
  • Transcript of grades (with GPA indicated)
  • English language B2 level certification (if available)
  • Scanned copy of passport/ID document
