About Service

The functions of the legal service are:

  • legal provision of proceedings in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;
  • giving legal form to drafts of legal acts issued by university officials and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the existing legislation;
  • representing the university in relations with judicial, administrative bodies or third parties;
  • implementation of legislative novelties in the university’s daily activities.
