About Service

The functions of the selection and admission of foreign students service are:

  • Development and implementation of mechanisms for the participation of relevant university structural units in the selection process of international students to ensure effective policies and approaches for student recruitment; 
  • Organization of the complete process of international student recruitment, coordinating all aspects of application processing, initial assessment, and enrollment; 
  • Providing detailed, comprehensive information and consultation to potential candidates about documentation required for university enrollment, selection procedures, and organizational issues; 
  • Supporting international students in the enrollment process, visa procedures, meeting essential requirements for crossing borders, and recognition of education received abroad; 
  • Organizing procedures to establish compliance of international students' documents with legal requirements and management of personal files; 
  • Facilitating communication between potential international students and the relevant faculty administration by providing appropriate information, candidates’ documents, and organizing online or physical meetings; 
  • Close collaboration with the relevant offices at the university within its competence to support international student recruitment policy and increase international awareness about the university; 
  • Implementation of additional authorities in accordance with the university's goals and objectives, arising from the specific nature of the work.
