Information Technology Office

The functions of the information technology service are:

• Ensuring proper operation of university information technologies through system administration, monitoring, and maintenance of digital infrastructure;
• Continuous care for updating and improving the university network and information technologies (computer devices, software, Internet);
• Timely equipping university structural units with necessary technological inventory and monitoring this inventory to ensure its proper functioning;
• Managing information technology risks adequately and effectively by identifying potential challenges, assessment, and ensuring security measures;
• Protecting data (including personal data) by implementing secure storage procedures, access controls, and compliance with relevant legislation;
• Supporting users through technical assistance, training, and guidance on proper utilization of information resources and systems.
