The functions of the financial service are:

• Development of the university’s financial policy;
• Drawing up the project of the university budget and presenting it to the governing board for consideration;
• The end-of-academic-year monitoring of the implementation of the budget and submitting a report to the governing board for consideration;
• Calculation and analysis of financial risks;
• Implementation of financial management and control system;
• Ensuring the accounting process;
• Establishing control over the effective budgetary spending and material assets.
