About Service

The functions of the management service are:

  • Organizing the university's document processing workflow and ensuring its effective, uninterrupted, and proper implementation and control; 
  • Administration of document circulation systems throughout the university via the electronic document management platform (eFlow); 
  • Administration of the process of receiving, registering, recording, and transferring incoming university documentation (both electronic and physical) to the relevant structural units and responsible persons; 
  • Ensuring the recording of decisions, meeting minutes, faculty minutes, and contracts through appropriate registration journals and uploading them to the document management platform (eFlow); 
  • Monitoring the document processing according to nomenclature, ensuring their completion within established deadlines, monitoring the document processing by structural units, and facilitating the administration process; 
  • Certification and issuance of outgoing physical documents (certificates, powers of attorney, extracts from orders, etc.) from the university in accordance with procedures established by law; 
  • Administration of the university's official seals and electronic signatures in accordance with established regulations; 
  • Proper storage/archiving of completed documents in accordance with legislation and university regulations.
