A Representative of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at European University Visited Estonia on a Working Visit

Marika Bokuchava, a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of European University, undertook a working visit to the Estonian University of Life Sciences from 26 to 30 May, within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program.

During the visit, Marika Bokuchava actively participated in a range of academic activities, including the review and discussion of the clinical diagnostics course syllabus and the adoption of student-focused teaching approaches in veterinary education.

The visit also included a comprehensive tour of the university’s veterinary clinic, where contemporary clinical practices and operational procedures were presented and examined.

The Estonian University of Life Sciences is primarily focused on educational and research activities related to the environment and agriculture.

This visit is expected to play a valuable role in enhancing the professional development of academic staff, promoting the integration of international best practices into veterinary education, and strengthening institutional cooperation between the two universities.
