A public lecture titled “Future of Work: How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Human Resource Management” was held at European University

On October 21, at European University, Sandra Tetere, a representative of Alberta College (Latvia), delivered a public lecture on the topic – “Future of Work: How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Human Resource Management.”

The lecture was attended by European University students and administrative staff.

The meeting was conducted in an interactive format. The speaker discussed the rapid development of artificial intelligence and automation, as well as their impact on the labor market and human resource management.

Sandra Tetere spoke about the opportunities and challenges that technological progress brings to the modern workplace, emphasizing the skills and competencies that will be essential for a successful career in the future.

The lecture was organized by European University’s Office of International Relations and aimed to strengthen international academic cooperation.
