A Lecture on “International Commercial Disputes: Arbitration, Litigation and Global Enforcement” Held at European University

On June 4, a public lecture titled “International Commercial Disputes: Arbitration, Litigation and Global Enforcement” was held at European University for students of the Faculty of Law, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
The lecture was delivered by Michael Davari, a partner at Squire Patton & Boggs, one of the world’s leading law firms headquartered in London. Michael Davari is a specialist in dispute resolution and an expert in the fields of energy, shipping, international commerce, infrastructure, and financial industries.
During the session, the speaker provided students with a comprehensive overview of the UK’s alternative dispute resolution system, the characteristics of the British judicial system, and the mechanisms for handling international commercial disputes.
The event was attended by Eka Kavelidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Humanities, and Social Sciences at European University, and Tamar Azariashvili, Deputy Dean.
