Call for Applications – Fully Funded Summer School at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

The International Relations Office at European University is pleased to announce a fully funded opportunity for students of the Faculty of Business and Technology to participate in the Summer School hosted by Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

This opportunity is open to students from the Faculty of Business and Technology.

 Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands

Programme Dates: 27 July – 7 August (arrival to the Netherlands on July 26 and departure on August 8)

Number of Participants: 10 Students

The programme will focus on the following topics:

  • Marketing
  • Branding
  • Communications
  • Leadership
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Required Documents

For the application, students must submit the following documents:

  • Certificate of active student status
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Transcript of Records indicating GPA (min. 2,5)
  • English language certificate confirming at least B2 level proficiency
    (In case the applicant does not possess a certificate, an English language test will be conducted at European University.)
  • Scanned copy of passport or ID card

Selected students will receive financial support including:

  • Round-trip flight and train tickets (maximum €580 per person based on EU distance calculator)
  • Subsistence Allowance €280 per person for additional expenses (dinners, local transportation, personal expenses)
  • Student Campus Accommodation – individual studios. Studios will be available for check-in on Sunday July 26th after 16:00 and check-out on Saturday, August 8th before 10:00.
  • Daily breakfast (groceries provided in the studios) and lunches

Important Information

Georgian students are required to obtain ETIAS authorisation before travel (this is not a visa but a mandatory travel requirement). Selected nominees will undergo the standard admission process at Wittenborg University, after nomination. Across all courses, students enjoy city tours, visits to museums, innovation hubs, and iconic sites, along with networking events and a farewell dinner. These experiences allow students to connect with peers, practice skills, and immerse themselves in Dutch culture while complementing the academic program.

Summer course certificate and 5 ECTS credits

At the successful completion of the summer course students will receive certificates and 5 ECTS credits
